Ballroom Stretch & Technique Workshop - held every Tuesday & Friday from 12:30pm to 1:30pm
This beginner level class will start with stretches and move into specific dance technique. Basic stretches will be taught to lengthen your muscles and increase your range of motion. We will be working on standing stretches and floor stretches so be sure to wear something comfortable that you can that you can move in.
We will be alternating rhythm and smooth technique and go into detail on the correct use of your arms in and out of frame and will be introducing the use of the feet and ankles to give your footwork a more polished look.
This class is perfect for anyone thinking about competing, or if you just want to take your dancing to the next level.
* This is a pay-as-you-go class for which attendees
pay $13/person for each class attendance.
